Thanks Brian,I really enjoyed reading your comments, pity you stopped, I would have loved to have heard what the naked lady brought to mind:)
I had a quick look at your portfolio (before my electricity went out, the joys of living on a farm in Africa )And the blooming thing brought me to tears:) I was born in Yorkshire,my parents had a caravan in Lincolnshire, in a little place called Torksey, where we used to spend every summer. I didnt realise how much I missed all of it until I visited your photos. Thank you for giving me a glimpse 'of home'

Very interesting composition Sylvia...for me the symbol of the bird and the rose leads me to think of the phrase.."on the wings of love" and the stairs have the quality of piano keys to "create sweet music"...perhaps I should stop now before I get to the naked lady..lol. Interesting compostion and great toning. I realy like the light on the stairs and the way the cool toning of the moon contrasts with the other parts of the image.
I only think the stairs at the top left of the image get to much of the attention. I think it should be much softer or the rose should have been positioned there.
