Thanks for your comment, actually I used polarizer to reduce the galre of the white building....but could not do much. Your point is absolutely right

If you can reduce the brightness of white building eyes of the viwer will smoothly move around the frame.I wonder why in spite of polarizer white appears to be so glaring.
