beautiful capture Joydip... love the motion effect in the background... but IMO... the usage of the flash, in front, didn't help you much in the details of the owl face, having the red eye problem... and the birds face is more flat now.... suggest using higher speed film for this shots, a split flash if you can manage to have it in such hard conditions!.... and wait :)
