It has something of IR and that makes it quite interesting! The hard contrasts between shadows and lights, and the rather dark overall impression add some kind of "a tale" that such a city knows to tell using its own appearance. Very good details too that extend far to the distance. I am only a bit unsure about the composition. It is in some way "half" - some sudden cuts that prevent it from being rounded-up in the sense of composition.
