About This time is an image taken at microscope with polarized light. The shining structures have a crystal-like reaction in this kind of light. The non shining elements of the web are amorphous in structure. 100x magnification power.

Grand sense of depth with this process. It is as if it has widened your depth of field to the full width of the strand.
