Hi Clive, I confirm, it's a compression on greys when I save the image in jpg (compression factor 90). Does anybody has any clue why? :(

Hi Clive,
you are absolutely right. I noticed this "grey down" effect after posting. It's not yet a print (maybe tomorrow I close myself in the dark room ;) ) and I suppose it's due to the compression to jpg. Very strange, I'll try to print it in small version for scanner and I'll repost it. Thanks for your comment

The image is well taken but it is lacking in contrast and needs some attention in an editor or else use a harder grade of paper.
The Leica lens is first class and will produce far better prints than this. Perhaps it could be the scan thats at fault?
