that is exactly what i have done here Paul, the software searches a source of images in your computer or if you chose so in the internet as well.
that is the best thing about it that you can you use your own pics to make a big pic. hope you enjoy it!

thank you for the tip Pawel.as I said Im sure there are so many other softwares. i just really love this type of photo art work & as you said it is really impressive in big prints, that is where I got hooked to this.
no rules here..lol... dont worry!

Thank you all for the comment I m taking no credit for the work here( building the mosaic that is) as the software did that. it took a lot of patience though as the program had to go through 15000 photos in my computer to sort the appropriate pics in the right places. i just always loved to do this using my own pics as when i saw it the first time in a gallery I spent quite a bit of time going through all the little pics that make the main big one.I think it is cool & genius software!

well depending what computer you have !
for a PC it is called AdreaMosaic. it is for free so you can download it from the net easy, if you have Mac its called MacOSaiX.
Im sure that there are other softwares that do that but this are free & easy to use.
