There seems to be a slight yellow cast, if you'd lessen that, mabye the birds would set off from the background more, but it't not really necessary. Now the colours give a sort of duotone effect which makes the whole a bit coherent.
I think the positioning of the birds is a bit more problematic... because they are standing in front of one another. But overall still a nice photo.

My big complaint is that the flamingo in the front seems to have flamingos growing out of it's back. Gotta watch those merges.

I know its a zoo shot but I really like the composition of this,the technical quality with exposure and focussing is spot on .The colours also look good although I expect you have upped the saturation a bit and the little reflection in the bottom right works really well

Bravo, excellent capture. The lighting is very nice and brings out some nice detail. I really like the moment you caught with the two in the background looking the other way and the one in front almost proudly posing for the picture. The grass and sand just a bit in front and back bring nice depth to the image for me. Very sharp, like the use of DOF. I must say you brought new meaning to the Pink Flamingo for me, I won't just thing of them in someones yard any more:)
