Well, Noemi, the nonexistence of gods and similar superstitious things is not matter of belief, but matter of strict logical proof in mathematics. It's a necessity already - forget about feelings and beliefs in this case.

The clouds, the clouds again. I would be very happy if they would cooperate at least some times. There must be some method to enhacne their contours but still I'm searching for that.

All the best,

Nick

Thanks for your elaborate criticism Nick. Afraid clouds aren’t easy subjects for me :(..but its quite alright that they don’t obey..ha ha. I’d be terrified if they did ;)

Here I felt that the inclusion of a being was essential, the image wouldn’t be the same without it, and yes often times we humans can be absurd. True that being in-touch with thyself helps recognize it, but to take in the realization that no holiness above is necessary, my sentimenet is not the case...we all have our own beliefs of course...

Regards.

Mil gracias Alicia. Saludos!

Exactly! Starting with your title, I wonder how silly humans can be, when in a steady need for deities instead of discoveringb that they are deities themselves, and so they should act!

The contrast of the well contoured bridge as a black silhoutte against the red sky is breathtaking. I would wish a better contour of the clouds but it seems that the darn things don't always obey our wishes. ;-)

The inclusion of the human right there, almost invisible in the seemingly endless scene turns up another property of the very essence of deity. It is not importance but rather... unimportance. To accept the unimportance of the own "I" is the first cognitive step towards strengthening the own mind. Which in turn *may* evolve to endurance of a state of inner peace and at the end of realising that no god and no devil are necessary above a deeply human being in endlessness.

Excelente dramatismo visual Noemi.

Felicitaciones!!!

Thanks Tap for the comment. These tones seemed appropriate because of their association with earth...home, plus the bloody passion..keeping in tune with my growing theme. Perhaps I'll go around the whole color wheel ;) Regards!

Oh Gustavo!

Saludos.

Thanks for your critique John. That is precisley the goal, to cause an emotion whatever this may be, to me that's always preferrable over indifference. Regards :)

I like the composition very much. Coupled with reddish tonality it creates an interesting and intriguing image.

great shot Noemi, the diagonal way plus the great strong and sharp silhouette of that bridge and the brown tones of the sky makes surely some thoughs about... God's present or even the Gates...perchaps they could be 7...bad that as a though but anyway that is surely a strong emotion and always love to see photos that force me to change my mood, these photos are powerfull and always welcome by me...
Excellent!
Best regards!
