Bill interesting effect, I like it and it has an artist feel to the photo. That is something I could not do without the help of computer software. I assume you are doing this in Photoshop. Which version?

Nice shot, I really like the colours and angle
I feel the canvas has caused the image to loose it 3d effect and made the image a little too flat
