About The zoom seemed to be just OK for a macro, but I have my doubts about the framing in this case. Any comments would be very welcome.

That's true, Gustavo, but for flowers I don't have eyes in the heart. I find them only interesting subjects for study, nothing more. To tell you the truth I neither look to nature with "the eyes of the heart", nor do I romantificate it.

There are other things that I find much more beautiful than a flower, or some landscape. For example a good book, or some of the incredible works of artists that you often present, or your images. They are human made, and thus better!

I don't belong to nature! I am human and thus I am better! Oops, now I hear the riots of the sentimentalists! ;-)

Cheers,

Nick

ja...ja...pero no te olvides que las flores, como muchas cosas, también hay que mirarlas con los ojos del corazón...;-)

Yes, I guess too, Dave! Standing a bit further away would be much better because the overall shape would remain intact then.

Thanks a lot, and have a nice day!

Thank you very much, Gustavo, for the nice comment.

Indeed some of these "usual" forms are much more special and universal than we would ever imagine. Ever tried to count the members of the petals on the spiral lines? ;-) You find Fibonacci numbers!

Cheers,

Nick

Good closeup, Nick, maybe a little close on the crop, though!

:-), sin dudas te fascinan las formas complejas de la naturaleza, sabiendo mirar, podes encontrar un universo de formas en muchas cosas cotidianas, pero tu ojo para encontrarlas en las flores es realmente muy atento!

Bravo!
