Nice shot of this cute baby Mojgan, you did a good job framing and exposing it but catch light in the eyes is kind of subdued and this is where PS can help!! also on the lower right hand side it seems there was something that you removed but not completely:):) and if you don't mind here is my version of your great shot!!

Yea! a soooo lovely little face into the clothing, that makes your portrait a very nice one Mojgan, nice element is the exposure here, you manage to get pretty well the sunlighted areas and also the shadowed areas of the face, all looks very good on that...
