Hi John...no flash...only available light...a sky light...she started in the light and ended ...very short exposure time...shocked myself @ how well it turned out.

...as I write to you at your lasts with the bike, I love the motion in photography, the way that a still photo can be alive...like a small movie! so here, the motion blur 'writen' perfectly on the shot, the hands viewed mostly in two great positions... looks like you use twin flash? and the feet also looks so well... extreme photography at it's best Dan...best complements!

Avi...I agree...I am a fan of the B & W as well. But I think both have the spirit of motion.
