A simple and strong image, Avi. I don't mind the slightly out of kilter lines too much but If it were mine, I think I'd crop about 1/3 from the top to concentrate more on the lone figure and the receding lines.

This is so strong to my eyes, Avi! The solitude of the individual on the own, personal way - an individual that won't simply take the way of the least resistance. Retaining the own character up to non-conformity can put one on such a solitary path like this. And who knows where it leads to. But wherever it may lead to, at least one can say that he/she did it all not because it is some kind of wide spread belief, but because of the own convinction that it was good. And that's the hard part of it, since then one can stand quite alone there.
The contrast of the man against the rest is great! It enhances the importance of the protagonist. *And* in addition the rather pale background makes the place where his steps might take him to, unpredictable, invisible, unknown, despite the fact that the wires and the construction still have enough crispy details to build up a hint for direction.
I remember now Whitesnake and David Coverdale singing
I dont know where Im going
but I sure know where I've been...
A great one! (I mean the image, not only the song! ;-))
