Efectivamente, la zona oscura abajo y a la derecha es el punto débil de la foto, pero no tuve manera de obtener una mejor exposición de las sombras por la muy fuerte luz del sol. En verdad es una playa con acantilados de 30 metros de altura y la foto esta tomada desde el borde de ese acantilado.
Lo único que se me ocurrió para mejorar el balance de masas fue hacer esa viñeta a la izquierda, pero no resuelve, solo atempera el problema...:-)
De todas formas me pareció una foto linda y válida pese a no ser perfecta, pero bueno, existe la perfección...;-)

A very very good coloring that really captured the light and the mood, Gustavo, and the flying birds do raise the interest of the image. I find especially nice that the coast still has its contrast against the sea. The reflections along the coastline are another plus here. Also the sky presents a very magnetizing view because of that shining curve at the boundaries of the clouds.
Perhaps a bit too busy on the bottom of the image where the many branches disagree with the simplicity of the rest of the lines. I guess that in this case there was no other possibility to get the image?

Wow Gustavo this is absolutely gorgeous!! Love, love, love those birds (parrots?) and the golden light, the backlighting on the rim of the clouds really adds to the mood of this lovely image. Yes very peaceful and tranquil, a great entry in the project!! The dark silhouette is strong and directs the viewer to the light and birds, which are perfectly placed within the image. Wonderful image mi querido amigo...un gran abrazo!

Ja...ja...el santo grial de la fotografía!, la exposición perfecta (se puede lograr con una secuencia en ahorquillado, y luego hay software que en base a la secuencia te amplían el rango dinámico de la toma)...Te explicás perfecto porque es lo que me hubiera gustado conseguir!...ja...ja...
Te cuento que tengo varias tomas, incluso los loros son de otra toma, pero no logré ninguna que me diera detalles del acantilado con un sol tan furioso al frente...así que bueno, traté de sacarle lo mejor, qué creo, la foto podía dar...
En cuanto a Germán, y es simple, estamos todos pendiente de el!...y por ahora la noche la pasamos sin dormir...

a mi también me gusta mucho Gustavo, aunque quizás la el acantilado está un poco oscuro, me explico no me disgusta que este negro pues balancea perfectamente la luz del sol, pero si que aparezca un poco plano, si se vieran las capas de las dos montañas que se superponen en el primer plano sería maravillosa, aun y todo es muy buena; ¿cómo va la paternidad responsable?
¿qué tal se porta Germán a las noches?, un abrazo....txules

Sin dudas los atardecer en el mar son especialmente bellos. Aquí el acantilado oscuro, con una masa compositivamente muy oscura y pesada me desequilibraba la composición, por eso agregué un efecto de viñeta descentrado para oscurecer el lado izquierdo y compensar el balance de masas...Aquí les dejo una versión más directa sin el marco flotante...

Excellent shot Gustavo, the color is amazing and the scale of the orange tones, very impressive the way the clouds being like a big blanket at the top of the sun, and the way the top outline of the clouds shining the sunlight like that. Also the present of the birds makes your image even more interesting and fill up nicely the sky. at the end, the water shining the sunlight and makes wonderfull shapes at the bottom left part of your frame. Excellent image.
