About From time to time I like to try my hand at baking bread. This was a recipe I had never tried before called Russian Black Bread. One unusual ingredient was instant coffee. It also contained dark molasses instead of sugar to allow the yeast to work. It had a mixture of white, rye, and whole wheat flour. I thought it looked a bit more inviting than it tasted. It was a bit on the heavy side.
