About one of the Asbestos mine, they extract an isolation fiber which can resist to fire and hot temperature.If you look carefully, you can see a big bus on the road down, near one of the big digging machine... could give you an idea how deep it is.

What a great shot, Jacques! I've heard of these mines often, but never seen a picture of them. You've really got a good composition, with all the curving roads, and the bus and machinery provide very good scale.

Wonderful capture! I like the POV.. very interesting site to see and how enormous it is with scale because of the machine seen.. wonderful lines...
maybe it will also be good in monochromatic with a bit higher contrast...
