The mood is well preserved under those low hanging fuzzy clouds that seem to apply pressure on the scene, Ben! The composition seems quite "half" to me. Is it perhaps that the houses show somehow less contrast? I corrected the color levels for maximum contrast (attachment) but still it doesn't work for me. What is going on here?

nice capture and B&W look nice. u divide two part your photo. half of it sky and other half roofs.it has well balance.
