About PS was not used, but simple lighting techniques were. This was shot at "High Noon" in the sunlight. Using 4 strobe heads with no metering except for eye balling the shot after on the LCD screen. Then adjusting it according to the desired effect wanted...

I strongly, and I mean strongly suggest purchasing a "Hoodman" HoodLoupe #H-LPP. Did I say Strongly? Awesome piece of equipment IMHO! Replaces the Sekonic outdoors of course.

Thank you for stopping by,

Martin

Nice image. Normally, the hot spots would not be good. However, the two on the rear of the car have a nice Star shape and really add to the image. I agree with the other post, I would either drop back a little bit or take a little out of the forground to allow for more of the buildings since the run out of the top of the image. Nice Car pic.

great capture once again Martin. A little blur on his hands, but I really like the light stars on your car. Great job my friend.

Keith,

The front brakes are new and improved over the regular GT's, but the back brakes are the same. This thing will stop on a dime, but good drivers never use brakes anyway? Well except for pit stops, but that don't count!

And as far as you just looking at it. I would have to spend a year cleaning up your stains from you just looking at it... ;)

Live Strong my Friend,

Martin

Paul,

Thank you 1st of all and Yes you can have 1. I thought they would be hard to get, but if you look on eBay the have many for sale. I'm guessing it's the economy right now. I'm just glad I was totaly dept free for 2 weeks in December, then I got a wild hair and bought this "Beast".

Acually the lighting is pretty easy using the Hoodman. Really cool piece of equipment, but a bit pricy for what it is. $70.00 retail... :( ... Below is the direct link:

Sorry about the crop, but I really like it tight, if you know what I mean? hehehe

Nice car. Shame I'll never have one!!!

I like your control of exposure which must have been difficult under a hard light sun.

Would also like to see the same from a few metres further back so to include a wider cityscape.

Be well.
