About	The idea here was that no symbol has any intrinsic content and meaning without the associated definition. Even the letter "A" would be just "three lines" without its definition about waht it represents. Since definitions are made by a mind that is able to map some properties to some given symbol, no content exists without the observing mind. In the case of religions, no cross and no other "sacred" thing has ever been "sacred" by itself. There can be no "holy" without the usual human mind that first creates the "holy". Any "deity" dies when the mind ceases to exist, or when it doesn't produce any such symbolic. So I tried to catch the tower and the cross in some rather "emoty" way, but I have the impression that the image needed further work, better settings, etc. Any comments and suggestions would be very welcome.

Thanks a lot agaon Dave! Most people tend to find captures under that kind of light too "muddy", I guess, but I find them very nice. I'm glad if you like this one too.

Yes, that day had a very strange kinf of light, Gustavo. It has been cloudy but not some kind of nice white clouds. There was some kind of haze over the whole sky. And that "opaque" light that you mentioned is one of my favorites, when that diffuse layer of clouds looks blueish but in a less strong hue than the real sky. I find such a dimmed light ideal for some images of older things.
