ahh the glory days of film eh... wasn't film wonderful... so... how do you say expressive.. kekeke some old negs that I scanned recently when I was searching for the pics of the drainage patterns made by the plumbers when the house was built... bit of construction involving the hammering of 1mtr X 2omm threaded bar into the ground to stabilise the pine timber sleepers bordering the new paving don’t want to go puncturing any of the sewerage pipes now do we?? These were all shot on Ilford (pfft… sound of someone spitting) 400 ISO sheesh cant ya tell… this is a merged shot.. you can see the scars left by the electricity lines as we went underground for about 300 mtrs to keep the poles away from the house then immediately to the left of that the scars from the telephone line installation... (another thing I was looking for recently) the two piles of clay from the excavation of the transpiration area (which never worked hence the recent remediation no thanks to Bob Spradbrow the dick head plumber who did the original install) and of course lots of stakes round the trees that we struggled for so long to get going.. stand by for an update soon folks and we shall see how it all came together!! or not... so our front yard back then...
