Hi Deb, my trip was very nice, I'll upload some pictures soon; about square format you are right and wrong, right because you must force yourself to take the right image ate the right time in the righr format, you force yourself for being good in composiiton, most masters never croped your images; wrong because we are in digital era, postprocess is as important as the action of taking picitures; the best you can do is to change the format in your camera if it's available (I take some square images with my compact camera and , results are quite good), well keep going, anxious to see your new work

Hey Doc!! How was your trip? I ma in India. My country , My city. ohhhhh... atlast ..!! Yah .. I just tried the square format. it looks good. But I dont want to crop my shots anymore. Thats a practice I am sinserely trying to do in my last 30 puics atleast. These pics are no or few %ge cropping.

fabulous work but for a masterpice you should crop this in square format just above his head; cropping in this way you have a wonderful distribution of lights and shadows; anyway a fantastic piece Deb....doc

excellent spontaneous shot. very nice. i think u can still do some more pp to bring out the contrast which looks a bit flat...nevertheless a grt8 shot.
