An excellent post-work of this image of the Intercon. I would agree with Nick and prefer to see the top of the building, or alternatively crop it just a little lower.

A good composition in a quite nice moody restricted color palette. It only seems to me that the top is a bit too tight - perhaps including the top of the bulding could add more integrity.
The facade of the sky scraper looks a bit like behind haze. Still enought details and a clear pattern of windows, but some more contrast could eventually bring a better definition of the subject. On the other hand ist look and feel fit the background sky and also some kind of industrial smoggy look.
BTW, is this your original image or did you used some afterwards enhancements in PS?
