Recognise the platform deep below in the valley where I met so many friendly Berber ladies (see my pic of yesterday) Higher up we found another platform: a perfect place for having lunch. A stunning view after climbing always helps to keep us happy and healthy. Nafusa Mountains is one of the most scenic areas of Libya. The landscape here is fantastically wild and varied. Tarmeisa is an abandoned and ancient stone village perched on a narrow rocky outcrop overlooking the Sahel-al-Jefara. It is one of the most evocative of the ancient Berber settlements in the Jebel Nafusa.
Dear Aziz, thank you for your nice and true comment. On all travel I make I experience moments of exceptional beauty worth to capture mostly just in an attempt to keep a souvenir. I do not always need to make an exceptionally brilliant photo as well as I strongly need to keep the view in memory and to share with others later.
Sometimes beautiful shots like this one would be lost between hundreds and pass without comment. Of course it does not reduce of their value and art. It is nice and informative. Be well Aziz
