Thanks Stan for your appreciation of the capture and its story. It is poetic and bucolic as a wedding needs to be .. for more than 125 year this marriage will last and not look like a dusty museum :-)

Thanks for your compliments and attentive remark Arif. Indeed she also looks for .. as she looks as .. an angry or disappointed "runaway bride". What wrong remark I made to her ? What thoughts she had about the freedom of her post-marriage life ? All guesses but if I would I could show her the pic and ask. Even better let us not ask and continue to use our imagination. Thanks once more to do this. Cheers Paul

Wolf-Harry. Thanks a lot for your appreciation. You are right, I could not do any step behind to include the top of towers in full. Just behind me were the mothers of all the girls and I did not want to step on their feet or worse : fall into their arms instead :-)

Wonderful story and photo Paul. I would have loved to have the towers included completely but then I can imagine you had concentration problems caused by the girls ;-) The bride seems a bit down but the again I also focus on the girls. Next time forget the castele and bride, just shoot the girls ;-) hahahahah

Hi Saad, thanks for your critics and comment. Muiderslot is now a museum for 125 years. Measured in time not any marriage lasted as long. I would not conclude that a museum isn't worth a visit anymore :-)
