I got this 35-70 in May. Was a good purchase. I have more to learn with it every time out.

Agree, I travelled around the world twice and the 35-70 Minolta was the universal workhorse. Bought a prime 150 mm but never used it.

The nice thing about working on the roof is that you can see someone coming if you need to look busy! I have used my 35-70 EF on most days that I shoot. I often use the tele Promaster as well. Depeneds on what I am doing. The Cannon is the better of the two. The 35-70mm is a good all around lens..
Glad you noticed,at least someone looks at all of that info I bothered putting down.

Thanks Dave, I was disappointed that the colors did not show up as well as in photoshop when I was sizing it. Am still making friends with my $5 monitor! Thanks for the constant and welcomed support.

Thanks Mitra, I love working where I have a view. This one never tires! Many sunsets have come and gone over Red Mountain in the last 30 years and they always catch my eye. Glad you found favor on it as well.
