Isn't it nice we live in a world where the color of our skin or trivial things don't matter?!
And for the water drops, I buy a pack of that colored tissue paper, you know for putting in gift bags for bday presents or whatever? It usually has a set of 4 different colors in it, So I get 2 different sets of colors, making 8 colors in total.I get it from the grocery store in the candle isle, but here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://www.alwaysbrilliant.com/aa/aspx-products/1-8156/2-58537/SC-Froogle/kw-155115/bb/Colored-Tissue-Paper.htm Using the macro lens, on manual, and macro setting, a desk lamp pointed at the ceiling or directly at the dripping faucet, whichever you prefer, then I take that gift wrap/colored tissue paper, leaving it all together for the colors to be various, fold it up about a 4 inch square, and stick it under the dripping faucet itself, and then you're ready to do it! Ok so for the base, to have the water bounce off the surface, I used several things, just experimenting with them all. A large silver spoon/flat spatula, a flat plastic jewelry box, or sometimes even the drain plug itself. I've attempted a CD because it has a great reflection-
Oh Julie seriously! I will tell you what I know my friend, and you then let that creative mind of yours do that creativity that you're well known for! I'm emailing you.
This is awesome Pam. I love the reflections of all the colours caught up in the principle droplet and the wonderful sentiments of your words. Again you astound me with your expertise oh queen of water droplets. Well done sweetie for another brilliant display......Cheers and a big big HUG for you.......Ray
