Nicky, I almost never talk about it. Making jokes and 'looking funny' is may way to keep going now. Yes I have medication and a psych but talking about it doesnt solve it. Its a complex story. Harry

Hi Harry, So sorry to hear all this I didn't know it!!!You seems to me funny because of all your funny comments...I don't know very much about depressions but I hope that you don't lose hope!!I guess that you are under medical treatment,to talk about all your problems with a doctor perhaps helps after a time!! I wish you ALL the best my dear friend and Cheer Up!!! Hugs, Nicki BTW: A very good self portrait...

No, it IS a depression but the emotions are too large, especially the negative ones. Due to putting away 35 years of feelings and them being negative. All other depresions I was mr Sun, I adored the sun. tnx

Hi, Harry, I'm truly sad to hear!!!!! I don't know what to say I don't know thus symptoms. I personally recommend trying Vitamin D3 @ list 6 thousand IU for 4 to 5 days Multivitamin it’s a must on top of it …your symptoms causing depletion of nutrients!!!!! Harry
PS: Let me know if you’re serious taking it I suggest (1) Multivitamin by RAINBOW LIGHT = JUST ONCE the name in the bottle!!! (2) Vitamin D3 by SOLARAY These companies are one of the best especially RAINBOW please considered as ASAP

Wolf, must be the opposite of my source of depression. I usually do good on the long sunny days and cave in on the short dark ones. Have a good rest of the day, I will not wear you out, just wanted to know that I care! Be well, Stan

Morning Harry, hoping that it will subside for awhile for you. Tough stuff to deal with and the short gloomy days make it even harder. I try to get up very early and get a head start on the day so that when the sun comes up it seems to make the day last a little longer. At my latitude we will be down to 8 hours of sun by Dec 21. I am always relieved when I get past that day knowing that daylight begins to last longer and longer. Be well today and rest well, Stan

Hi Harry, I know the battle for other reasons but it can be overwhelming at times. Have peace that there others with you to share the times that are hard and a light for the path out of the darkness. Be well, Stan
