Excellent effects in this very lovely landscape study my sweet Alison. I can't workout if the effects came during the shoot by exposing through some kind of translucent material or whether they the result of some clever postwork. Avi it is a filter in photo shop, if you go to filters/render and in render is one called fibers, it will cover your photo but when you go back to image you can make changes in the opacity
