yes, I see it now. very well thought and composed.
on an entirely different note, even if you did some postwork to achieve this, I would still say it is great. because the vision of the photographer to conceive the end product is what matters to me most.. of course, staying within the realms of 'acceptable' editing..

no I didn/t mean cropping I meant cloning it out cos the shots great as a rectangle.. it would only lose if you cropped it as you say.. so yeah

Thanks for the comment Avi. There was no post work done to this though. Straight out of the camera 15s at 1600ISO. The town where I live is surrounded by mines which really light up the clouds on long exposures. I am also backlit from an intersection light on the highway behind me.

Thanks Roger. Yeah I originally cropped it out but ended up posting the original. There was no symmetry with where I was standing on the road which I had problems with. I should have maybe stood a bit more in the centre of the road.

wow!... great depth and mystery excellent colour I have covered over the car on the left and I think that with it out of the pic it really goes home... just a thought.. but a great concept..
