Good idea Kes!
It's one of those images that is just a little out of the ordinary. The title says it all. We can anticipate what what happens in the next frame. That is, unless this was the last shot before the camera was kicked out of your hand. ;)

Nice shot! I think it would be interesting to see the shot with a greater focus on the swing shadow vs. the action on the right. Nice framing and composition.
