Thanks Randy, this was some late afternoon light doing it's best to highlight the beauty of the area. This shot just struck me as I was driving by on an old dirt road along the field. Glad you liked it.

So much going on here, yet so little. Old fence, old wheels, and newer model delivery head shows this is a long working field.
Well composed as has been said, but so true. Colors tones, and lighting are so perfect.

Thanks Dave, the afternoon light really brought out the soft colors and contours of the mountains. The Big Gun is pointing to the part of the Bridgers I ski on the other side of the range.

Yes Gyorgy, it is some vast and varied terrain with some great people scattered about. The view is always changing and the mountains become a part of you. So glad you got to see some of the North West. I will look at more of Hungary through yourt eyes.

Dear Stan, thanks for your many visits and good words. I may be busy but I always try to make time for travel and keep my eyes open. In 2004 I drove from Kansas to Seattle and back and the Montana landscapes made a great impression on me. Best regards, Gyorgy

Thanks Dan, we have a short green season. Green by May, brown by July 4th. Only irrigated fields for some crops stay green. We have 9 mos. of winter and 3 mos. of road construction!! Thanks for the comment, have been playing with different aspects. Reflects some of my aspects of what I look at in new ways.

Thanks Ania, the light was nice when I was driving past this farmland. I ski in the mountains behind the irrigation sprinkler and wanted to include my favorite mountains in this.

Thanks Arian, the late afternoon light gave this sprinkler a nice glow. It is called a Big Gun. It will cover a 100 meter circle with water quite quickly. It is used in hard to reach areas in a field.
