Very very good coloring which really transfers the look and feel of the place, Dan! The "dirty" but still vivid hues make the textures and details very well tangible, that the old facaced presents here. I find the perpective also quite interesting as it gets enhanced by the leading lines of the pipes. And it was good to take it not parallel but with some angle that intriduces the tilt on the upper edge of the houses. The included red parts on the bottom raise the luminocity and add a very vivid hue but in the sense of composition I am not really sure if they are a help.
The exposure balance was good for revealing the details that your DoF got. The upper part seems to have suffered a bit from overexposure but it also matches the sense for distance, as it gets introduced gradually toward the top of the house and not in an abrupt way.
