it does remind me of my childhood, and the improvised brooms as horses... and, most of all, the port-fence hints on those forbidden places that the 'grown ups' chased us of!

I agree with you Gary, should have only one shot with the boy and the gate .. But I also believe and like, as part of the vegetation in the background, show a good value in the composition . Thanks for the criticism, have a nice day.

I think the effect would be pronounced if you had cropped the top of the frame down to the gate, but I like the concept of the image very much Regards, Gary
