So it's still alive? Has it been dated? I guess there no reason inland why Oz wouldn't have bristle cone type longevities (back beyond christ and alexander the great) except altitude may be their secret is altitude. Would you know off hand what the oldest growing thing is in Oz after the barrier reef?

I hope so.. it looks OK on screen Carmen.. however print it or lose it as they say.. so I've to have a go at printing it to see what its really like... It also looks very diferent on the big (24") screen at home by comparison to the laptop which is what I used when I was away.. thanks again for the look and the positive comment.. Cheers
