About The rainbow is often associated with the end (when a famous Dutch writer Harry Mulisch died about two weeks ago, there was a rainbow ) or an opportunity to make a wish or associated with a new start.
The image is taken during the equinox around 21 September. For some reason this phenomena is present every day for a number of days. Guess it is related to the position of the sun versus this part of the hemisphere.

I noticed it in the equinox around 21st September in the sky direction East, and like wise in the direction West around 21st of March.
Both almost straight upward in the sky.
