A skillful job, by someone who knows what they are doing with B&W images.
The slight time exposure is "just right" so as not to brighten the water too much, yet still have the required blur for some sense of movement. So many waterfall images that we see have the shutter left open far too long and tend to do more harm than good. This is a great example of how to do it right.

Wonderful composed square seascape image! I like the contrast between the sea and the dark sky in the horizon up to the meditative sky. Beautiful linear shapes of rocks as well as the smooth result of long exposure.
