About
America smiles cautiously, on this very momentous day... with prayers for those lives which ended as victims of evil on 9-11, ten years ago. Today marks a new chapter in the history of terror that plagues the modern world. It's the end of an evil Osama Era for Al-Qaida and hopefully, the name of Bin Laden will be erased from the Present and pushed-away into the Ugly Past. America stays vigilant like this Bald Eagle, I am reposting, as a symbol of Proud America, on this very special day. "Let there be peace in this world!"
Great image and I agree, we must be now ever more vigilant because if we think terrorists are not already among us just waiting for their marching orders we are living in a fantasy land.
It is a very important day for the whole world. Terrorism is wrapping the globe and this is a good fight back.
But the so called fighters against terrorism (leaders of the western countries) treat terrorism in separate manner. Sri Lankan army killed the whole lot of top ranking LTTE in 2009 after a cruel battle of 30 years. Western leaders and the NGO's say its a war crime and they want to punish our army for it. But they do not even talk about drone attacks on civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. And do not forget Osama is a creation of no other than CIA...
That is how they rule the world mate. Leaders want to rule, nothing but rule. For them you and I are nothing. If they want some thing they will never think of who you are... Hope whole US is celebrating the news. We did the same thing in May 19th 2009. We were on roads with our national flags waving high.
We Sri Lankans are really happy that the master mind of the terror is no more and congratulate the US.
