Very nicely done. Lovely bride. I'd like to see it from a step or two to your right to favor her face - the bride always is the star ;-)Years from now he'll wish he had shaved.

One thing I forgot to mention. I had just bought last week 2 quantum slaves for 2 vivitar lights. I luv these things. Where ever I roamed I took at least one light stand with one of the strobes and slave attached. Automatically you fill flash. BAM !

I had to borrow a Dad to hold up piece of foam core for me while taking the formals in the front of the house due to hot spots from the sun on their faces. He was OK with it, and I couldn't thank him enough. Outside shots are a completely different animal than indoors, as I'm sure your aware of.

Yes, nice shot of the couple. I know how hard it is to get these shots at a wedding - I did the candid shots for a wedding this weekend - everything is rushed, lighting challanges, keeping track of what is happening next and being in the right place at the right time - limiting the use of your flash, on and on. So yes, very nice shot Phil :)

Sam, I don't think people really just don't know how hard it is to shoot a wedding. Even the pictures to be taken after the ceremony itself.

In this case the reception was 15 minutes away. Of course all the guest had alreay left, and I was running out of daylight.

It was around 7:00 already. We had to get the shots taken, then I had to pack gear, and drive to the reception where the B/G and Guest were waiting.

Thankx.

Phillip, Nice shot of the couple. I know that it can be hard to get the couple aside to take the personal shots - there is much going on at a wedding for the bride and groom. Great shot, I'm sure they will be happy with it! Sam
