Hi Tony, When I am having trouble with PS and panos i first join just a few at a time and save them. Then take those saved ones and join them in the same program afterwards. For some reason this extra step helps when it is confused. Good luck. let me know if this works for you.

Colourful autumn image.Nice balance between the sky and the trees.I took various panos this morning but photomerge in CS5 doesn't create a final image although it seems to begin processing like it always did- and worked!- in cs4.
