Thank you from the bottom of my heart on your words from your heart ... just want you to know that my wounds are deep but I am able to forgive and to be just who am I ... always ready to go further from the point you stacked us in ... this is harder but definitely the only correct and honest way my dear.
You are too someone who is created from the past, present and future and dear, there is no miracle rubber to erase your past, there is only your will and courage to go on and further ... it might be difficult, but it would be worth trying.
