About	Two young members of the fire crew.... captured as they get ready for the Perahera... The ceremonial and spiritual lives of the Lankan people remain so resilient. Despite enduring a terrorist war for 30 years (recently concluded) they have not lost the integrity and simpleness of life. These two boys are of Tamil origin and were of Hindu faith but both were very proud to be part of a Buddhist processesion and they considered it their national duty.
