To tell the truth, my dear Riny, for me the main subject is the ocean, second the excited people.
There is a contrast:the time of waves and the time of the human excitation.

looks like a rod, proberbly a catch,. but what i like about this beach scene, is the lady on edge of frame in her chair facing the sun, totally oblivious to all the fuss, she,s a non spectator,. great people capture salvador,. best regards art,. keep well,.
