The weird light configuration in the centre of the image is the lights on the top panel of a bus changing lanes. The broken trail of light in the foreground is its blinker light

i find myself being drawn into this image, (zoom 200%),
that configuration of light at nearly centre of image, fascinating,. as is that seemingly impossible gradient of the bridge lights to the right,.
