Really very nicely done, Tanya. Everything's just subtle and well proportioned. Great muted colors, too. I like the tags -- puts an edge on this, because I remember all too well wearing these (talk about itchy legs) and also sitting in the bottom of my closet, looking up. So, the tage take them into the realm of "antique" .
Good to see you, I've missed you and your wonderful work!
At first, I thought the bottom third was too dark, but I think it works pretty well. Very creative idea. However, the price tags or whatever the cardboard looking stuff in the back of the crinoline detracts a bit from the image.
I find the curvy movement in this very intriguing and the subtle colors a nice touch. You have many b/w photos in your portfolio that I like and this melds the vision of your b/ws with just a bit of color to yield the best of both worlds. It is somewhat like a floral macro but so much more interesting. I also like the subtle differences in the textures, some lace, some netting, some silk. Oh, and the detail still present in the very dark areas is nice. Lovely.
