A 4x5 and Technical Pan; can it be any finer? I'm quite pleased with the contrast as is. This type of film tends to lean towards the contrasty side anyway. I don't know if you really needed to tint the water, but it's a nice touch. Off my monitor, I'd suggest cropping out 1/4" off the top border. Those two rocks look slightly blurred to me as well.
