About This one flower planted itself in the middle of acres of endless green grass. I liked the solitude and the vibrant colour. I have many crops of this picture... I will add some of the crops on here and pls tell me which you prefer.

Beautiful colors, composition, and the low angle of shooting makes the composition more dynamic, using the rising lines, and the rising sunflower... great work

Love the vibrancy of the image - good composition - stands out from the crowd for me.

Thanks everyone... it seems that people agree that this is better left uncropped.
It's always great to hear others opinions!

Hiya!
I like the first one posted the best - the balance of the flower and the buds with the ground and sky is great. Love the shot :)

Hi Kim,
Just to second the comments so far. I like this one the best. Not so much for flower itself, but for the way it's portrayed in the surrounding enviroment.
It also looks a little dark to me, but that may be my monitor. Very, very nice!

I have to agree this is a great flower pic. I'm not into flowers either because they all look the same. Always shot from the same angle. This is nice. Clean. And I like the fact it's offset to the left - and the rest balances the entire composition. Kim - great photo!

I usually hate flower pics, as it is hard to find one with an original viewpoint. However this one stands out, with excellent sharpness, good balance and lighting, even a well placed background. I like this version, over the other two cropped images. Nice to see there are some flowers left, even at midweek of the Calgary Stampede.

Option #3 ( I like this, as it feels the flower is reaching for the sun...) But pls... tell me what you think... which one is better... the orig. or one of the crops....
