personally I like the white floor. I see a distinction of tone between the highlight on the cheeck and the background. For me, if the background was any other color, the image would lose that whole ethereal feeling you've got going on...

Like the color composition. I wonder if it wouldn't be even more striking if the floor weren't white. It makes the left side of her face lose definition. What a pair of eyes! cheers, John
