I like it, I really like this shot, scratch that, I love it. This is the kind of family portrait I would blow up and hang on my wall any day(rather than the boring old, dull, typical type family portrait, damn, I hate those). This really is a fantastic idea and you have pulled it off perfectly......

This really is fantastic, Jim. I love the glowy, diffused light and wonderful tones. I do agree that the outside feet on both ends could use a little more "fade-off" treatment to soften that slightly hard edge - just as you did with the feet that are next to those... Wonderful concept, wonderfully realized. This is great stuff!

Great shot! I especially love the lighting in this. The shadows on the feet have perfect tones in them. The composition is wonderful as well. I think that maybe they could be cut out a little more descreetly in PS. One foot has a shard of leg hanging off of it. Maybe if you left the original leg in and faded it out gradually it might look more natural. Overall, i think this is great. Definetly keep doing more.
