Very creative shot. The statue in the foreground valorize a lot the image.
PS. About your coment in my last photo, don't worry I'm here to get useful and constructive critics (but not necessary exalting the picture). Fell free to put any kind of critics. I'm here for this. About the horizon the problem is that my fantastic 80-200 has a terrible problem of distortion in the long end of the range (pincuntion. In that image you can see very clearly.

This is a very strong framing job...and your selection for exposure is excellent...you let the sun blow out a bit too hold some detail and texture in the buildings, pier and statue...very good choice...your perspective on this is perfect and the colors are obviously bold yet soft...nicely seen and captured beautifully...
